1. About us

Belloni/De Silva is the trading name registered by De Silva Beatrice Maria. Any unapproved use of the registered logo, symbol or name may be legally prosecutable. De Silva Beatrice Maria is the owner of the web site bellonidesilva.com and its contents. Reproduction, modification, transmission, republication and/or redistribution to third parties for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited without the express written consent from De Silva Beatrice Maria.

2. Eligibility to purchase 

To place orders at www.bellonidesilva.com clients must:
- Be an individual as defined as a “Final Customer”
- Be 18 years or older.
- Be eligible and competent to enter legally binding contracts.
- Have a valid POP e-mail address.
- Have a valid Credit Card: Visa, American Express, MasterCard or a Verified Paypal Account or a Bank account

In particular, you must provide your real name, valid phone number, email address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the payment details provided.

3. Product availability

Items featured on the web site reflect the actual availability of the item in color and size. Once the order is processed by the E-commerce and Logistic Department Belloni/De Silva reserves the right to re-confirm the availability of the merchandise, verify the transaction’s validity and check the Client’s record with bellonidesilva.com. Clients will be informed if for any reason the item ordered is not available or if the order cannot be processed as per the Client’s request.
Belloni/De Silva shall be entitled to restrict multiple quantities of a product being shipped to any one customer or postal address. Belloni/De Silva may accordingly limit the quantity of a single product that may be ordered in an order and may reject multiple separate orders for the same product.

4. Faulty products

Items are considered "faulty" if they do not conform to our quality standards, which require that goods correspond to their description and be of satisfactory quality. If you receive faulty purchased products, you have the right, within 48 hours, to ask for a repair, exchange, reduction in the price or a full or partial refund, according to our judegment. Please email info@bellonidesilva.com with images of any of your purchases, which you consider have been delivered faulty.

5. Payment

Payment can be made securely online. By submitting an order to us through our website you confirm and guarantee that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct. Payment for purchases, can be made by cards specified on our site
You agree that by submitting an order, this immediately authorizes Belloni/De Silva to charge your debit or credit card with the order payment on submission of your order and implies that you intend to pay Belloni/De Silva if your order is accepted.

6 . Passaggio del rischio e della proprietà dei prodotti

I rischi relativi ai prodotti passeranno a Suo carico a partire dal momento della loro consegna. Lei acquisterà la proprietà dei prodotti non appena avremo ricevuto il pagamento completo di tutti gli importi dovuti in relazione agli stessi, incluse le spese di spedizione, ovvero al momento della consegna (come definita al precedente articolo 9), se questa avvenisse in un secondo momento.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our product that appear on bellonidesilva.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be entirely accurate.
Belloni/DeSilva abstains from every responsibility due to a particular configuration of a client’s computer or to malfunction in regards to color definition.
